Choose to have the joy of the Lord and learn to praise Godbetter. Realize that your joy, your confidence, and your hope come from the Lord!

Begin by thinking of how much God has done for you from day to day up until this very moment. The Lord has a lot of influence in our lives. Think upon the emotions you feel, this may be God working through you. Allow emotions to take form in worthwhile, peaceful actions, i.e.,: turn it to a higher purpose. Rage may seem counter-Christian, yet there is a reason for it that you need to think about.
